Bless Your Water With Affirmations To Reprogram Your Mind & Body

Because you must believe affirmations when you say them for them to be beneficial, it can be helpful to bless your water with affirmations and then drink the water to reprogram your body and mind to become what you've ingested. Some affirmations are just easier to believe about water than ourselves!

Dr. Emoto did experiments on water crystals and noticed that they can change shape when we say nice things to them. Our intentions towards what we ingest matter.

Here are some examples of what you can say towards your water that you might not yet believe about yourself. Use these to reprogram your water and thus reprogram yourself.

You are free. (You might use this if you're feeling a loss of freedom)

You go with the flow easily.
You are life-giving.
You are healthy.
You are clear. (You might use this if you want to be clear-minded).
You are sparkling/shining. (You might use this if you want to shine your inner light more brightly)
You do not need money.
You are care free.
You are a wonderful creation of God, Source or nature (whatever you feel led to call it).
