Is Biden the Manchurian Candidate?

The biggest geopolitical threat the Western World faces right now is China. The United States finds herself on the front lines of a crisis that has high stakes. While the Trump administration is "woke" to the threat China poses and is actively resisting that threat, Sleepy Joe rolls over and moans "Come on, man!" Is this simply a coincidence that Biden takes such a pro-China stance, or is there a method to the madness?
