Abortions in Germany

As the U.S. overturned Roe vs. Wade, potentially diminishing the number of abortions performed in the U.S., Germany removed legislation (Paragraph 219A) that prevented advertising or soliciting for abortion services. They were already legal in Germany, but now they can solicit for and incentivize them. Viewer Hugo asked if this was an effort to recoup the lost tissue/organ supply by the DS or simply liberal politics in play?
