World Bank Loan = Lockdown

In this show we discuss The Great Rest and how The World Bank loans came with lockdowns as part of the conditions. Belarus did not accept the conditions or the loans therefore there was no lockdown. Now Lukashenko is having a media coup staged to undermine his governance.
