Mobile Home Shower Faucet

While pulling out a shower Phil goes through what's different in a mobile home vs a house type shower head. When you pull a stand-in shower out of a mobile home, it's the same as you tub and tub surround. Just need to take out the screws.

Now we're taking a stand-in shower out. It's just all the same thing as the whirlpool. I mean, the garden club, it's screws that holds a trim. And then the surround itself is fastened to the wall. The screws were pulled back. A lot of times people don't know the. A lot of bath, bathroom, shower in mobile homes. They have a, this part right here is threaded, is threaded and you have to unscrew that and pull it back. And then there's a nut here that times it to the drywall. So there's nothing in there but the drywall support that's why you see this all wallowed out like that. In this case, the water is already off and somebody had it all loose. So that's why it was flopping all around, because it probably had something hanging here.

This is looks like the original showerhead to mobile home spin off. And anyway, we'll be taking this loose and then on the backside, that's how to get into this shower. Looks like it's got a screw right there, to get into the guts of it.
