#48-Update On The Russia/Ukraine War

As the Russia/Ukraine War enters into its 4th month, member States have begun fast tracking 2 more Nations into NATO, the US agreed to send another $1 billion in aid to Ukraine (in weapons), and Ukraine as been granted candidate status as a member State of the EU. Are these actions likely to discourage further Russian aggression, or simply poke the bear?
