Kids in Ulvade Died from Actions of Shooter AND Inaction of Police

This is an image that is hard to believe, this is a surveillance picture of police officers outside of a Uvalde classroom while the active shooter is inside killing kids. Heavily armed officers from multiple agencies – are decked out in protective gear including helmets and bulletproof vests while they stand behind two ballistic shields.
