An outdoor area with a truck, several cargo containers, and some warheads. From here is a long metal staircase that leads to the waste disintegration platform. The area is full of lobotomites and robo-scorpions. It is located in the northeast area of the map, a short walk northwest of the Securitron de-construction plant. The large crane can be used to find this location.
