Entertainment is DESTROYED by The Oscars, Golden Globes & Journalist Critics

Shows like Obi-Wan Kenobi, Wheel of Time, Halo, Rings of Power & more are all being released for reasons other than pleasing the fans. The question is why, if TV series and movies are not being made for the fans, who are they being made for? Who are they designed to please?

While some of it is the writer's desire to be acknowledged, a lot of it is pressure from places like the Oscars, The Golden Globes and from journalistic critics. When George R.R. Martin is assessing the success of shows by how many Emmy awards they get rather than the opinion of fans. The question, is why?
