Bullet crashes through Portland Dinner Cruise Ship while on trip

A bullet went through a window of the Portland Spirit while passengers were on board Monday, according to Portland police.

Officers responded to the shooting at around 9:10 p.m. Monday evening.

Portland police said the vessel was going north on the Willamette River between the Burnside Bridge and the Morrison Bridge when the bullet came through an east-facing window.
