As a Christian, I always am sensitive to themes in fiction that remind me of gospel truths. Valen the Betrayer in Doom Eternal's Lore is one story that really stuck out to me. So much so that I felt compelled to make a video out of it. Ultimately, it reminds me of the story of Simon Peter. Betraying his master, but ultimately redeemed, unreservedly, like us.
