Jowers Tech Tip #4: Verify the Rep!

If you get a call from someone claiming that they represent your bank, Microsoft, Apple, or some other entity that you have an account with, always verify them. If it doesn't feel right because they are putting you on hold too much or asking for information they would not normally ask for, hang up and call the actual business number to verify that its legitimate.
