Peachy Hot Sauce!

This is the third kind of hot sauce I've made this month (Sweet Thai Chili, peach piri piri, and now peach hot sauce) I had some ugly peaches--too ugly to can--and I remembered a beautiful habanero hot sauce I made years ago. I lost the recipe, and my habaneros are fake this year, but I still wanted to try my hand at this sauce. It turned out great with a nice warm kick. I ate it on my omelet this morning and it was a winner!

It has been a very busy week in the kitchen with canning peaches (total of 43 quarts so far) and spaghetti sauce and salsa. Very rewarding!
