Epic Game is Suing Apple 🍎 | August 14, 2020 Piper Rundown

Epic Games is suing Apple over their anticompetitive policies for managing the App Store. Epic Games founder Tim Sweeney challenged Fortnite players to buy their vbucks (the in-game currency) via Epic's site and passed a 20% savings on to them for doing so. They also released a PR campaign to point out how Apple has changed from innovator to monopolist.

Also AMC offers movie-goers tickets for 15 cents, and Stein Mart declares bankruptcy.
