People describe the taste differently, if they have the courage to eat them. Some say it's a nutty flavor ... others say they taste liked canned green peas. I know I like them when they are hot of the fire, but not so much when they get cold. Maybe you could mix cold ones with mayo and make a sandwich. Here in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) eating can really be an adventure.
