My generation was never taught that there was more than one way to think.
Having conversation with those who held different beliefs and perspectives were not encouraged. Debates didn't even exist.

if you didn't think like us, you weren't woke. We were morally righteous and knew the end all truth....without knowing anything about politics, the US constitution or doing any research.

I was in a cult. The leftist liberal cult that indoctrinated their followers with ideologies. I was told what to think not taught how to think.

The only way to positive change is through conversation. Lets not let these months divide us but bring us together. Sit down and better understand why your fellow American is voting a certain way! Respect their freedom of thought! We are AMERICANS!
