US Supporting Regime Change in Lebanon?

The US seems to be using the recent explosion in Beirut as an opportunity to go after their enemy Hezbollah. By extension however, the US is also attacking the entire Lebanese political establishment. This would suggest that the US's policy towards Lebanon is not merely to undermine Hezbollah, but total regime change.
