Kenneth Harrelson is a disabled American Veteran who has been in a DC jail for 476 days without a trial.
The Speedy Trial Act of 1974 states that an indictment must happen within 30 days, and a trial must commence within 70 days of the indictment.
I say again, Kenneth Harrelson is a disabled American Veteran who has been in a DC jail for 476 days without a trial.
If that isn't bad enough, his wife just received notice that the VA is canceling Kenneth's benefits, both his compensation and his medical, at the urging of the Biden Department of Justice.
Law requires he lose his benefits IF CONVICTED of subversive activity.
Harrelson fought for American justice but is being denied his Liberty by the Justice Department.
