After Tuesday's stunning testimony from former White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson at the January 6th hearings, in which she alleged former president Donald Trump angrily demanded to join the U.S. Capitol riots, speculation is growing over whether he could be hit with criminal charges.

Hutchinson's account draws the clearest links yet between the violent mob on January 6th and the White House, testifying the president knew the crowd of his supporters was armed and dangerous, and yet still demanded to lead them to the Capitol.
