In this video, I am going to share with you my way of blanching Okra. Blanching Okra is a simple and easy way to preserve, then freeze it to save and use at a later date and time. This technique is great if you have an abundance of Okra that you can't simply eat or in my case, I don't have enough to use at one meal. By blanching the okra, you can freeze it and then use it at your convenience or once you get enough to make a meal.
