Partnership Issue

So today I got a call from a client. Normally I do not hear from this client until around March when it’s tax filing time. Today he told me he started an entity IN 2021. First thought was “Uh oh! It might be time to write one of my abatement letters!” Bottom line. File your entity returns and extensions on time so you can keep the money in your business and grow it. Don’t give it to the IRS unnecessarily.
