YouTube Blocks Monetization

This video is an appeal against YouTube's decision not to monetise my channel, in spite of passing all the usual prerequisites necessary to become monetised.
Uploading this video is the only possible method stipulated by YouTube for appealing against their decision not to monetise the channel.
It is also impossible to remove any videos which may be causing the problem since YouTube have identified no specific videos.
I hope YouTube will listen to my appeal and decide to monetize the channel.
