Last Time Seeing POTUS For Awhile?

During President Trump's recent visit to Cleveland, Ohio he talks about 'Globalists', 'Middlemen', and a lot of 'Very Rich Enemies' in Big Pharma who aren't happy with what he's doing, very eerily mentioning'we might not see him for awhile'. What does that mean?
