(M says it makes sense to her that I (soak my feet and) shower on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays; J showers on Tuesdays and Thursdays, Saturday is Laundry day and Sunday is M's shower day - J says he's too busy trying to keep up with D Tuesdays and Thursdays(which he thinks M & I don't), and I just soak my feet all the time and want to shower on Fridays too just to make everything harder for him just like everyone else - ignoring my previous offer to give him Fridays to shower (mentioned but not accepted))

please help me get out of this toxic situation and NOT into something worse at
