Let's talk about "Off The Record"

Goes without saying that information is the most valuable commodity in business and the question is how do you protect and guard this information in your life or business?

How often do we use this term "off the record" and equally that we have said "off the record" during a conversation with someone we know, we don't know or we are in a group of people discussing an "off the record" topic?
