Betaflight 4.3-RC3 Preview - Part 2: Broke my second Foxeer Reaper mini ESC (crash at the end)

Betaflight 4.3-RC3 with the following Presets:
- ExpressLRS 250Hz
- Clean build with RPM filtering
- Freestyle 5'' Karate Style Tune

I tweaked the tune a little bit more but I think I went into the wrong direction.

I also burnt my second Foxeer Reaper mini ESC (45A). That's quite annoying :( Especially the first one looked like quality issue.

Anyway, I'm still very happy with this BF release and would suggest to everyone to give it a try.
