Lavrov regarding NATO's intention to label Russia a threat at the upcoming summit:

Before any NATO summit had even been held, Russia had long been declared enemy.

In some words or other, Russia has been declared enemy.

Which is more, according to Western politicians, it has been declared enemy simply because it disagrees with the neoliberal world order, which the United States, having harnessed the entire Western world, is imposing on everyone else under the banner of the "rule-based order."

We have discussed this many a time, President Putin recently remarked it, demonstrating the utter futility of such Washington-led Western approach.

The policy of the United States and its satellites is always the same, so this is no surprise to us.
