Understanding your enemy and pulling the enemy's seeds (weeds) from you

This video gives an outline of how the narcissist or psychopath puts their seeds in your body and what the outcome of that is. This is also defining your own involvement in the process. After there are two exercises to help get their seeds and or weeds out of your body. This is very effective and will give you a better perspective on what is going on.
