somebody please tell/show me how to just deal with this being all day every day, like any 'normal enough human' would be able to

(somebody please, please tell me every morning, every conversation is supposed to be like this
please tell this isn't as good as anything gets, that it's not just like this or worse everywhere

(and even, dare I beg, how to get somewhere "better"))
