(waiting and waiting for M to leave, realize that I'm going to have to ask permission to go back to my room and M is just going to be sick of me being in/running to my room all the time, M CALLS J about food being salty, I (wanted to get to room beforehand, have to tell M I forgot something in room (still can't remember) just as J arrives making it still look 'rude', J was upset I "ducked into back room without waving" earlier) rush to find towel and finally get to room, humiliated, J muttering about "sometimes I wish" while I'm in the bathroom. then goes BACK TO DEN

(I should have just stayed in bed, but was not asleep and didn't want to miss all of Star Trek: The Original Series, still miss Star Trek: The Next Generation)
