try to let M know I'm going to lie down, M thinks I was already lying down, takes longer than this just to get back to my room

then D yells at J to get out of back room so I can talk to M - RIGHT *A F T E R* I JUST told him I wanted to lie down 🤦🏿‍♀️🤮

M & J take their bickering (about physical therapy and J doing everything right and it being everybody's job to make th things easier for him) into front where easier to here from my room so D can sleep in back room; I'm not asleep yet but don't want to put myself in it and too tired to get up

I don't expect to sleep at all, but if I get up at all I'll just get yelled at for D yelling at J for nothing- I hate this so called family
