Di tengah pandemi covid-19, artis Agnez Mo merilis lagu berjudul "Promises" yang dia kenalkan melalui akun Instagram @agnezmo.

Lagu yang rilis pada akhir bulan Mei 2020 itu memiliki tujuan agar seluruh dunia bisa merasakan cinta di tengah pandemi covid-19.

Saat merekamnya beberapa bulan yang lalu, artis berusia 33 tahun yang belakangan menetap di Amerika Serikat ini mengatakan bahwa lagu barunya itu begitu menyentuh hatinya.

The singer wrote on Instagram that the song was recorded a few days ago and was released as part of a fundraising effort for COVID-19 relief with the #ourIDENTITY charity campaign.

On Saturday, Agnez performed in an international COVID-19 charity concert, IDENTITY: Project Blue Marble. Created by James Roh, aka Prohgress, and Kev Nish of American electronic hip-hop group Far East Movement, the project aimed to provide aid and represent Asians in a positive way during Asian and Pacific American Heritage Month in May. IDENTITY: Project Blue Marble was supported by companies Gold House, Transparent Arts, Pacific Bridge Arts and Amazon Music, with all proceeds donated to nonprofit United Way’s COVID-19 relief efforts.)
