just got back from PT, J still yelling at M about (healthy food, 'no one has asked what J wants and helped him in that direction', 'J has more reasons to be frustrated/only does what he has seen M &/or D do so many times', etc.
D gets to hide out in garage to fix van, is going to store but says we 'have food at home' (I try to sneak out w/D (didn't get to ask if I needed to change clothes) (have chores I need to do indoors like washing clothes and dishes (because who else has time/is going to?) but at best am just going to have to hide outside with D as long as I can), door was locked before I closed it so it sounded like I slammed it, mentally preparing myself to get yelled at (and possibly kicked out) for having slammed the door (w/no explanation in order to apilogiz3) barely remembered phone, battery dying, not "ready" to leave; should have just left door open
("existing" in failed avoidance/evasion and no one could care less- please help)
