D yelled for/at J (while J was shaving) to put my and J's numbers in M's phone, then went back outside while J yelled at M (for around 2hrs, shorter than usual) about how J "understanding D doesn't know how to teach J/doesn'texpect that, J expects D to respect/not to violate boundaries" "it all being M's fault for not getting a smart phone like J told her", spewing threats about if D raises voice again, then returns to back room just in time for D (who started the day's yelling in the first place) not to have to hear any of it

(I just barricaded myself in my room, but couldn't rest - I'm scared all the time and I hate this)
