J (taking opportunity to be) "upset about everything" (prevents M from getting dinner by yelling at her (for 2hrs) about having TV on channel he didn't like even though he could have and did change it; says car show on TV later reminds of time he warned D about computer, 'has same problems as before but now has worse health', etc.)
quiets down a bit ONLY because D ('bigger' bully) there, D tells to put past in past

(I have same 'problems' as earlier (but also worse health, and no outlets/escape) - I can't to put them in my past) but I keep all that to myself so as not to increase anyone else's suffering
