Sunday Longplay - Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon 2 - Episode EX: Oath of Reunion

This week on Sunday Longplay, Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon 2 continues with Episode EX! In the bad ending of Episode 2, Zangetsu was ready to finish off Mephisto and save Dominique, but he hesitated, knowing the killing blow from the Soul Eraser would kill Dominique as well. So he missed and only wounded Mephisto letting him use his last-ditch effort attack to knock Robert and Hachi out of commission. So now Zangetsu restarts his journey alone, only to run into a set of familiar faces as he sets out. That's right, the crew from Curse of the Moon 1 is back, and Miriam brought a present in the form of the sword you had to find in Episode 2 to get the good ending.

Episode EX is basically the same as Episode 2, except with the old characters from COTM1 instead of the new cast. However, with Gebel's bat power, another new set of paths becomes available, and these paths are probably the hardest paths through the stages in the game!

This episode only has one ending unlike Episode 2, and since Miriam gives you the Zanmatou sword at the start of the episode, you're already locked into what would have been the good ending in Episode 2.
