Open, honest, transparent and......raw.
It's been a crazy few months and actually for me a crazy two years. From building our DC, moving away from the Foodland brand, natural disasters and a pandemic.
Look after yourself and each other. Don't be afraid to put up your hand if you need help. Most importantly, surround yourself with the right people. Give your support base a shoutout in the comments below.
