Please guys ... put a note in the box

I know that this is probably the 30th video that I put up talking about this but it still is frustrating because it’s taking a lot of time away from me actually being able to do what I need to do. When you request a sharpening for me I send an email with a video in it that lays out exactly what I need from you and on that is a hand written note stating three thinks the grip the knife needs to be taken to, phone number or point of contact in case I need to ask questions, and a return address in case the item gets separated from the box, Because I always wrap the knife in the note. Please help me streamline this by following the directions I provide
