Is Portland Redpilling the Mainstream Left?

The situation in Portland is receiving alot of mainstream attention and it is clear now that the mainstream American left is openly calling the federal government an aggressive occupying force. Will the left now take this assertion to its logical conclusion and advocate for the peaceful dissolution of the federal government, just as some on the right have? It is my sincerest hope that those on the American left and the American right can peacefully go their separate ways without interfering in each-other's affairs at some point in the future.
