Why Do People Tell Lies - In Relationships?

A few years ago, I caught myself stretching the truth.
Ok, I was telling a lie about myself to look good!
That night I couldn't sleep because I started to see and become curious about what I say "My Word" and what I do "My Actions" and how they work together.

I was reading: WARRIOR, THE BLACK BOOK, How To Master Art And Science Of Having It All. By Garrett White. In his book, he talks about how Men - All Men! Tell Lies! Garrett wrote how his lies were creating a prison in his life, and if he didn't do something about them, he would lose everything.

During this time, I was dealing with my life and what I wanted to have for myself, my family, and all those around me. This put me on a quest, and I am excited to share what I found.
