Today I went for my grounding walk in between rain storms. The ground was squishy and cool. I have started going barefoot all of the time and have noticed a few things. After only 8 days, the soles of my feet are able to tolerate much warmer temperatures and harder textures like rocks. My ankles feel stronger, I sleep better and many more great things!
