Blast From The Past May 2012 In Defense of Iceberg Lettuce

The video quality is not the greatest but I remember having fun making this video. I went to a few establishments and was disappointed not by the quality of the food, but by the varieties of lettuce that they used as they tried to be "fancy." Good 'Ol Iceberg lettuce has a prominent place when it comes to burgers, BLTs, tacos, and other dishes.
