Kelley was the first speaker at the False Flags and Conspiracies 2020 Conference, with a first-person report of her experiences in trying to learn what happened at Sandy Hook. Because of her background as the owner of a commercial and home-cleaning company, she knew that blood is a bio-hazard that has to be disposed of in a precise fashion with documentation from source to disposition. When she contacted CT agencies, however, nobody knew who cleaned up the blood. When she eventually reached Lt.
