ABORTION UNLIMITED IN NEW MEXICO

The overturning of Roe v. Wade has created an untenable situation in New Mexico. The 1969 law was repealed by the legislature in 2021 leaving nothing in its place. Now we have no regulation at all on the procedure, so we should, by law, go back to Common Law.
Larry Marker has filed suit against Governor Lujan (commonly known as Wujan) and AG Hector Balderas to clarify the situation ... this is likely to ignite a firestorm in a state that is predominantly against the murder of babies in the womb.
