Dallas police and Dallas firefighter beat up homeless man. MMA Fighter / Ego Firefighter brutally kicks an UNARMED homeless man in the head while he is on the ground and NO THREAT. After this beating, Dallas Police Corporal does a KNEE DROP on the HANDCUFFED homeless man on the ground. BOTH uses of force were unreasonable, excessive and NOT necessary. DA refuses to charge.
