Cops Shoot Man Stabbing His Mother - First Shooting Clearly Justified - Second Shooting NOT So Much

This was a tough situation with many many variables. Too many cops, lots of confusion, language barrier, small area to work in. However there were a Few tactical errors on negotiations, Entry and suspect control. Overall I think cops did pretty good job.
