Lake Mead Draining but Lake Mohave Water Is Full - Why ?

Just east of Las Vegas is Lake Mohave. The water level is Full. There is
No boat restrictions unlike Lake Mead.

Lake Mohave is connected by the Colorado River but lake mead is still
drying up.
