Came to meet a 13 year old (decoy) at the hotel, that he asked her to book and pay for and he would give her the money back . Ijaz asked the child for indecent pictures of herself, wanted to do a video call to see her na- ked and also teach her how to m*srerb*te properly.He told her numerous times due to her young age she will be tight and he liked that idea.
