University of Toledo football coach Jason Candle sat down with the "Success is a Choice" podcast host Jamy Bechler at the Fatherhood Festival.

Candle has won more than 60% of his game since taking over the reins of the Rocket program in 2015. He brought his player leadership council to the event as volunteers. This was a homecoming of sorts for Candle as he played on two NCAA Division III National Championship teams as a Wide Receiver at nearby Mount Union College.

Some of the athletes in attendance included Anthony Munoz, Mike Singletary, Ben Garland, Ed McCaffrey, Christian McCaffrey, David Tyree, and Shaun Alexander. Some of the event's organizers included Justin Blatt, Michael Munoz, Darrin Gray, and Rachel Joy Baribeau.
