Highland park shooter was apparently known by law enforcement

The highland park shooter was known by law enforcement. Where he was writing raps about shooting schools, or violent videos on YouTube which were later deleted. After constantly seeing these type of articles of police knowing of the shooter I'm coming to the conclusion that this is allowed politically rather than stopping the problem. Too many times this has happened and maybe laws should be placed to put harsh punishments on law enforcement if they know this is going to happen.

Help me fight against the corrupt media and get the true information out there.
